A rare moment caught any other person it would have just been a shot but a vicar with the stick and the cycle... nicely done and you grabbed the moment so well
All the best

A charming timeless scene showing the vicar waiting for a train on a country branchline. You have captured a wonderful story.
You might consider cropping off the pale sky, so as to concentrate the view on the main subjects.

Wonderful bygone times capture, is he a real Rector or an actor, whichever way it's a super scene.

They say every picture tells a story and this one just does that, a well time shot and a good Black & White portraying a bygone era - well taken.
Not everything in life is Black & White, If only it were!

Thanks everyone. Vicars and steam railways. Right place, right time. Very lucky. This wonderful old cleric remembers riding on the Lynton and Barnstaple Railway before the war!
Not sure about the crop: I can see what you mean, Graham. It is already cropped, actually. I left the sky in to balance the tones, top to bottom. Wish I'd got rid of that cycle helmet, though!

Best wishes,
