Taken on a moonlit night and the tiny white spots really are stars. The original is in colour with the usual red/orange hues.

Actually, I'm getting a bit tired of this particular B&W style, but it does offer "stronger" images and I find that difficult to get away from.
To me, colour feels rather "obvious", with too much shown and said, without "mystery", and leaves no questions hanging.
As in writing, understating and implying always wins over giving too much information.
I am very impressed by the "Less is more" photo in the gallery - there is nothing and everything to it.
But like many overly good things, it can be a cul de sac (not meant negatively, but it is difficult to vary).
I really don't know where one can go beyond all that to something different.
Perhaps reworked macros ? There have been some good and different photos of the kind in the gallery lately.
