Fire Over Ullswater

You may have seen from one of Shaun Wilson's uploads that on Saturday Morning we got up early (4.30am) to catch the mist on Ullswater as the sun rose. This is what we saw - the last of the mist disappearing as the sun starts to peep over the hills on the left and turns it burning orange.

Beautiful light, a fleeting moment well caught. Have you tried a square crop on the central portion?

It's the 4:30am rise Stuey, take my word for it. The body is very disorientated at that ungodly hour, I'm surprised I could hold the camera straight!I'm not sure what is more impressive the shot or the voluntary 4.30am rise
