Sawley Mariner

by pgweber

This is a view taken in February 2011, looking west from Trent Lock (near Long Eaton) towards Sawley Marina.

I picked it out this evening because I liked the lines in it and went b/w because there wasn't a lot of colour there.

Wish I knew how to make a decent job of cloning out those ducks though!

That's a good compo, Peter, and I like those ducks as they follow down the line on which the bark, the man and the dog are located.

Very nice scene and good in BW. I wouldn't want to remove the ducks as they are part of the landscape and add some additional interest to the picture.
