A very very striking portrait where the simplicity of the composition really works.
In my opinion, if you reduced the brightness of the highlight above the shoulder, then it would be even better.

The gaze is mesmerising yet slightly wistful. A nice delicate touch and softness about the portrait. Reminiscent of one of my favourite album covers (Human League/Dare) for the close up style.
