"Love the Lock at Albert Dock"....When I was at secondary English Teacher taught this rhyme "Doctor Foster went to Gloster....and so on". Sorry for this cmt. I wanted to joke only and not to offend anyone. About photo:right for BW. Almost a new lock with rotten flowers around. A bad sign for these Lovers.
