Great shot and very well captured! I've had a look through my bird books and the one that looks like this is a Bimaculated lark. Hope this is of some help to you.

If you Google Bimaculated Lark of Iran and then go to the second site down which is ibc.lynxeds.com there are several photos so you can take a look just to check for yourself.
