Good shots, I like the use of b&w.

You have plenty of subjects to go at with York station, interesting details on the over bridge and I have always liked the LNER system map as you are walking out.

#1 for me as the curved roof girders have always appealed. A nice wide panorama depicting the whole station scene.

It will soon be a view lost to history as the class 91 electric locomotives are shortly to follow the East Coast HSTs to that great siding in the sky.

Some great shots here, being built of a curve (rather like Newcastle Central Station) adds to the architectural appeal. You have chosen a superb subject for a photo project Graham.

2, 3 and 4 form an attractive set of abstracts, Graham - nice monochrome treatment, too.

Something really appealing about the composition of the first one for this York resident.

Good work

Many thanks for you comments and help. It is a project prompted by the Royal Photographic Society's York Documentary group so, hopefully you will be seeing more here.

Best wishes,

Graham
