Will I Love the K-5

Well guys, after reading every single one of your comments and taking all advice on board I have decided to order a K-5. I borrowed some money and ordered the camera along with a Tamron 17-50mm from SRS.
I knew from stage one that I would be unfamiliar with it as my camera is a GX20, not a K20 or K10 as others have mistaken it for, the menus etc are totally different.
I will spend all week shooting with the K-5 and will make a decision the day before the wedding as to whether I will use it as my main camera or my back-up.

Well done. I'm sure you won't be disapointed.
Tip: Save some user presets so that when your at the wedding you've got a quick method of getting your settings for each situation.
I would wager you will use the K-5 as the main camera once you've tasted it's image quality.
The K-5 doesn't underexpose like the K20D traditionally did so I would advise dialling in some underexposure on flash just to avoid blowouts. There's plenty of DR in the K-5 to compensate the fill lighting

The first couple of days you will be setting up your camera and after that you will hardly go insides the menu again.
I still need to get used to the button lay out because i do press miss sometimes

But your comments are totally right, I've had the K5 for 6 months now and sometimes I still having to think about what I'm doing, equally so I've not used the K10D as much and I find my brain goes into pause mode while it searches the archives for which button to press
Yes the K5 is a Pentax and all Pentax cameras are intuitive when it comes to using them, but there are some major differences between the K10 and K5 when it comes to buttons and menu.

If the desire to get the K5 before the wedding is so great then get it as soon as possible and get to know it as best you can, on the big day leave the K10 in the bag and use only in the event of the K5 failing.
