Wich hosting website?

Just curious which image hosting webiste you use and why?

I myself use Deviantart, it's not really a hosting website but an art community but since they don't have an upload limit only a size limit of 30mb. You can pack a raw file in a zip for example upload it and use a low res jpg as an example image or you can just upload fullsize high quality jpgs and such since there also isn't resolution limit.
Forgot the best thing, it's free.

That are the best things since the community isn't that great I think, certainly not compared to here.

I use Photobucket for posting pictures on forums, It works most of the time, is free and I haven't yet filled it up. I use either our own website, which is getting full, or more frequently now our jalbum site for collections.
I really like jalbum anyway and now they have hosting too it is great.

i use imageshack.us
used to use xs.to until the guy sold it and it became slow and lost features, shame, it was so fast and kept all the files you uploaded in your "area" without login, with codes readily available.

i also have accounts on deviantart and behance, but they are more communities than uploading sites.

For "raw" hosting (able to do any gallery/album software) I use Powweb.com
For my photography side I use Photium.com (as it produced a much more professional and easy to manage commercial photography website )

On Powweb I've used Coppermine and Gallery2 (both of which are available at no cost on Powweb). For small albums I've also used the excellent "SimpleViewer" ( http://www.airtightinteractive.com/simpleviewer/ - be sure to check out their other Flash based gallery software), and also Photoshop HTML galleries.

If you can handle PHP/SSI coding then SimpleViewer can be customised! (Something I might have to do one day as the Coppermine/Gallery2 solutions are too slow for me - they make heavy use of MySQL).

I use TinyPic for posting images on here, seems easy to use and its free, but that's all I use it for.

Thank you all quite interesting to see what you all use and Matt has come up with some professionail sites.

Jalbum looks good but the size is far too limited I think. With Deviantart you can upload that amount for just one photo and upload as much as you like afterwards.

I've played a bit with simpleviewer before but I'm not someone from the coding though so didn't go so great.

I myself use Zenfolio. It offers a lot of possibilities. And the costs per year is reasonable. They offer a free version to, with some restrictions.

How fast and easy to use is it, I would like to upload batches of photo if that's posible?

It is very easy to use. Upload times depends on your broadband connection, but it is fast enough for me. It has two types of upload managers. Both allow for batch uploading. If you have a paid pro account( I have the most expensive one at $100 p/year(Premium) You get various styles, for the layout of your website and unlimited upload/storage space. Not only for jpeg but also for tiff files. (Max. of 24 MB as image size.) You can use them as storage for all your files (back-up wise)if you want.
I recommend it. Also for their sophisticated resizing algorithm, they use.
They really respect the picture quality.

Just looked a bit more and the unltimate will do fine for me since i don't plan to sell anything and the security option are what I'm looking for. You can use it as backup and share overything with family and friends, just what I'm looking for.

you said something about resizing but they don't have a max resolution right?
Since i would like to use it as backup I want the full version of course

There is a limit for the file size. It depends on the package you choose for. An overview is found here.

The watermark feature is indeed a nice one. You can add a default or customized watermark to each picture, gallery or collection.
You even can have a complete gallery watermarked, but within that gallery make exceptions to individual photo's.

I only could find that filesize limit so got worried that you talked about resizing of your image
