Why buy Pentax? (k5 mini review)

Just about every 50mm lens is a stunner, irrespective of manufacturer. But with Pentax, you can go further than stunning - if you choose to.
You have bought into a different camera system, and equipped two bodies with optically-identical kit lenses. I'm sure there must be a rationale for your actions, but I am struggling to see it.
One body, and one really good lens, would have been a lot easier to understand.

The Canon 50mm f1.8 is a stunner of a lens, the 10-22mm is equally good and I believe( read it somewhere ages back when reading reviews of it) would have been considered an L lens were it compatible with full format.
There's prob a couple lenses missing off that list I also have the Pentax 35mm f2.4 and a sigma 50mm f2.8 macro - which I love.
I had the 200D before the K5 and reason I stuck with the kit lens was that it added WR
