No thanks. It would be cold by the time you reach East Anglia.

But what are the opinions about the best place for fish & chips in Dracula City?

Just arrived in Whitby.

The cleavage (sorry, I meant goths) have arrived and no-one to photograph them!

Off for a few pints and curry.

BBC website says drizzle early morning then just heavy cloud, Sunday is lighter cloud which may be ideal for portraits anyway, having said that they forecast white cloud for today and it was mostly blue skies.

B&B serves breaky between 8.45-9.15 so I should make the steps for 10.00

The forecast changed between 6.30 and 7.00! Pleasantly cool here. No light for landscapes but keeping my fingers crossed.

Left my other half sleeping. she's not feeling too well. Feel quite lonely at the moment. Hope to bump into a few other people soon.

A disappointing Goth meet. The weather and splitting of the weekends meant there were far fewer people than normal.

The one redeeming factor was the, as ever, excellent company. And beer.

It was blooming freezing! but not entirely dissapointing.

I'll start a thread in the photos section with the first from the day, unless someone beats me to it in the meantime.

We did say bottom of the steps at 10am if you think you may be late for any meet just ask for a few mobile numbers so you can find out where we are.
