I'm using a Lexar Professional 133x from there - the Site shows it as a Class 6 , but for the second time when it has come it's been a class 10

Slightly more expensive I'll grant you - 16.99 for a 4GB one

I have found that Premier Ink are a good UK Mainland supplier of Memory Cards and other accessories. Have a look at their website.
I use 8gb Class 6 SD cards in my K20. I have the following makes, Sandisk, Kingston, Transcend and Verbatim. They have all worked perfectly.
Friendly Regards

Hi Emma,

Yes it will no probs.

I use a 16 Gig from the 7 day Shop,it's a DANNE-ELEC, and I know this is a good make as I've got 2 gig of DANNE-ELEC ram in my pc.

No VAT from 7 Day Shop, as they are in Guernsey.

Regards,

Peter

Have a look at the new Samsung SDHC Plus cards on amazon currently 17.99. I've got a few of them (8gb) and they are made very well - read/write speed isn't bad either.

The various speeds relate to how fast they read and write I believe with Class 6 being the fastest although some are now Class 10 more for video I think.

Hope this helps.

Curious.

All my cards except one are Sandisk ExtremeIIIs. They are labelled Class 6 33Mb/s. If I look at their site They no longer show my cards but show ExtremeIIIs Class 6 20Mb/s and the Class 10 33Mb/s.

Methinks someone has been swapping the labels.

I'd still recommend them though.

From what I know the Class 10 isn't offical yet, maybe they are now and don't want to fall behind with the rest.

Even the Extreme III class 6 20mb/s can be rated class 10
