Definitely Keep the 1.4.
Although the 1.7 is considered sharper they can be got quite easily off ebay for around £20. The 1.4 will cost more,be harder to replace, and will appreciate in value faster.
Oh, and photographically it`s further away from your f2 to make a noticeable difference, the 1.7 is not.

Agreed. Also, just looking at the f/1.4 fully open is a thing of joy in itself

Uhh, I think it is...
Last time I checked you could find an M 50mm f1.4 for between £50 and £100. A new FA 50mm f1.4 goes for about three times as much!

Keep the 1.4, sell the M50 2.0 and M50 1.7 and you should have enough to buy an A50 1.7.
That way you can have the best of both worlds, F1.4 if you need/want it and, as Algi says, the A50 1.7 is a cracking lens.

Hang onto the better of the ME Supers too, brilliant little cameras. A good film scan can still beat full frame digital gear costing a lot more.

Well the ME Super does have one major advantage over the P30 - it works in aperture priority mode with all lenses. Given I tend to shoot at around f8 unless I want a specific effect this suits me very well. You can also bolt a Winder (ME or ME II) on, I'm ambivalent about those as while they make a good grip they also make the camera heavier and bulkier so mine tends to go on and off fairly regularly depending on how I feel.
The P30 is stuck with Program (using A series or later lenses) or metered manual.
I think I've managed to resurrect one of my pile of dead ME Supers today, planning to get some new material to replace the peeling leatherette and give it a film test in a couple of weeks (after some exhaustive testing to confirm that the shutter will now cock every time, as before it didn't always work). Now up to one chrome, one black, and shortly one black with dark red inserts.
