Can't manage to save the map, how do I "note the changes" ??

I live close. Walk the dog in the woods all around it.
The palace gardens are lovely but the palace itself is pretty much empty, and not very interesting. Juliana lived there, both as queen, an princess after her abdication.
Her daughter has a nice retirement pad in nearby Lage Vuursche.
