Why f9 and 1/320th? Surely the moon will go off at about 1/60th, iso 200/400. Fast enough even with a 300mm.

I had been doing star shots at f/8. Having spotted the moon at the front of the house I set up the camera there and switched to spot metering. The f/9 was probably down to me catching the front wheel. Why f9 and 1/320th?
Stars shutter speed around twenty seconds at f/8 and ISO3200 so it just shows the difference in EV.

No "bush" barbies allowed here as there is a total fire ban in place. In most cases it has been proven that the fires were started intentionally. I've heard you like yer 'barbies' down there!
