Here in the north of England the moon rise is almost too late so we'll only catch the end of the event around 11pm. The further south you are the better chance.
Cloud does tend to spoil such things! I'll be out looking from about 9pm BST though!
Last night my wife caught me trying to photograph bats busy bug hunting in the twilight! Yes she thinks I am!

July 15th is due to have one of the deepest lunar eclipses a total of 101 minutes, finishing at 23.03 BST. With the recent volcanic eruption it's expected to be particularly red.
In the UK/north Europe it will be eclipsed at moonrise (totally eclipsed for most of the UK) and will be fairly low in the sky so you'll need a good view of the eastern horizon - Luckily I live near the east coast
