Today with a DA

Hi all i thought i would share my image of the day Taken with a DA 55-300 at 25% crop and f8 1/320sec shutter and iso100 +0.3 stop over exposed.

This little blighter was miniscule

Martin, this is a little beauty, the shot I mean, not the subject .
Nice and crisp, the colour of the leaf helps a lot to contrast with the fly,
Its a great shot

The dof is just right, maybe f/9 or f/11 would have been better so that you get the full leave but still it's a stunning photo.

Super photo. The contrast of black and yellow really makes this one.

Yes, the colors are really good. A fly picture I actually like!

I would crop a smidge off the left side, but I still like it the way it is.

Very sharp and a very nice picture. I agree with givingtree, a smidge off the left side might work.

It was shim at 300mm plus the 25% crop

Take Emily and Kris's advice Martin, a sliver off the left and it'll be spot on.
