Martin wanted to call it quits on a friendly and uncontentious note, so I don't think he wants to be drawn into that sort of discussion that can so easily lead to friction.

Goes to show what a smart fellow he is! I'm sure he will be missed...Martin wanted to call it quits on a friendly and uncontentious note, so I don't think he wants to be drawn into that sort of discussion that can so easily lead to friction.

Martin,
I'm one of many who have benefited from your expertise and - more importantly - your great generosity in sharing it. But most of all it will be a shame just not having you around. You will be sadly missed. One of our most valued forum members is leaving.
If you ever move back to SLRs, you know where to come!

ps. are Golfdiesel and I the only active Dutch members now?

Good luck with whatever gear you use. Just remember the photographer is more important than the gear.
