The OS version of the 150-500 has just been announced by Sigma link
Availability is stated as April 23rd. I'm interested to see if they announce the OS version of the 120-400 as well, as it has been unavailable in Pentax mount for a while now and SRS said the next deliveries were due in April, looks promising.
I also expect that we shall see the 100-300 f4.0 EX and maybe even some of the other big guns arrive soon with HSM and OS for Pentax mount, as it would seem that Sigma are rationalising their range to have HSM & OS as standard across all mounts.
I know that SR is available in body, but in lens OS is slightly more effective and you do see the stabilising effect in the viewfinder.
In the continued absence of long telephoto zooms from Pentax themselves, these Sigmas are our only option and it's good to see that at last we have the same opportunities as our Nikonian and Canonite friends who choose to go third party.

Unfortunately the Sigma teleconverters do not work with their own (HSM) lenses which seems mad to me. I still don't think we will see a 100-300mm f4 with OS for a while as Sigma dont even make that in Canon/Nikon mount yet.

They reduced the price on a few of their top lenses including the 180mm macro, 120-300mm f2.8 (I would love that lens in Pentax mount) and the 100-300mm f4. Unless Sigma sort the HSM compatability out with their HSM lenses though I won't be interested. The 70-200mm and 100-300mm both work superbly with the 1.4x and even the 50-500mm can be used with it in VERY good light ... Not so with the HSM versions.
It's interesting to note that SRS haven't got any of these lenses at the moment and in fact they haven't had any for the past 4 weeks...also Sigma reduced the price of this lens a few weeks ago as well.
Is that an omen or is this normal for Sigma??
