I do the "looking at the back of the film camera" thing now. Even with my original '70s KM. I'd have thought that using it would be different enough to remember that it isn't digital...

Taking every lens and bit of kit you own out on a trip "just in case" and then shooting everything with the one that was original attached
Guilty as charged, although I am getting better.

Getting to a shoot to find that you have not formatted the card, which is nearly full and being clueless as to whether or not you backed it up?
Happened to me regularly in my early days of digital when I only had a single card for the camera.

A couple more...
Going out with the K10D and leaving the SD card safely at home in my laptop.
Going on a big family day out. Taken one shot and the battery in the K10 goes flat.
Some leasons have to be learnt the hard way I guess. Now I always make it part of my routeen to check these things before hand.

Repeatedly mashing the shutter button on an ME-Super, wondering why it wont go off, only to realise you have to wind this one on.

That simply isn't possible. You can never have too many lenses! How about buying more lenses than we need?
Although I am a little unsure as to how I've ended up with so many short zooms. On the plus side, only three are hopeless and they didn't cost much.
