It looks as though the Q is going to continue development. There are some really interesting lenses in the system and encourages experimentation.
I'm still using the original Q and it's doing good service.

Talking of colours, I read earlier that the custom colours on the Q7 were now discontinued in the USA, no doubt signalling the end of the production run.
It's a shame, I had my colour scheme all worked out: Olive Green/Brown or Metal Green/Black both looked very good to me.
Mind you, the Gold Q2 idea is also sound....

I am still trying to get to grips with mine - love virtually everything about that camera except the lack of a real view finder - and yes I do have the VF-1 - near useless lump of plastic and glass IMHO.It looks as though the Q is going to continue development. Interesting, no HD coating. I wonder if they launching it for all upcoming lenses or not.
