I don't have an adapter for my 55mm F1.8 Takumar It is Stuck on an old Asahi Pentax S3.

I agree!........old glass is hard to beat!........excellent examples!......

Some flowers just for you, Clarky! Tulips on my kitchen table 3 minutes ago. *istDS with 35mm f3.5 SMC Takumar. 200 ISO and 0.4 secs @f8. No processing other than conversion from RAW.

I have yet to see a lens that renders reds so beautiful as the SMC 3.5/35MM Tak.

Love both those shots especially the lighting on your last one Martin.
My wife saw this thread and asked me why guys were sending me flowers
SMC Takumar 50mm 1.4 1/160, iso200, can't remember the aperture.
See the spider in the background, I didn't know it was there until I was looking at it on the computer.
