They look very sharp and good tiiming with the first one, you only need a good background now and you're there

Good images! For these species, my experience is that you would have to be a bird yourself to get any background but blue sky

Terry I thought it was always raining in the UK so getting something different then a blue sky shouldn't be so hard right
Just a bit of coulds would have been nicer but that isn't in your control so don't fret about it.

How far away were you from the birds? What lens length did you use?
