I have owned a Pentax K-5iis for many years, but somehow I have not checked out the expanded dynamic range possibilities of the camera. ISO 80 has become my new research area, there really is much difference between ISO 100 and ISO 80 on the K-5 IMO. Here are some shots from a recent sunset above the Trondheimsfjord.

1. HD DA15/4

2. K30/2.8

3. K30/2.8

4. K30/2.8

5. HD DA15/4

Lovely images, the K-5iis is still one hell of a camera.

Nice results. I shall have a play with that
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Lovely images - I'm sorry to say that I've never used the expanded ISO range, but having seen these I think that i need to explore further!
