...and (price aside) loves it!. See the review here:

Steve Huff Pentax Q review

Considering he's a man who doesn't have a great deal of time for small sensors, his review is positively glowing. He reviewed the K5 in the past too, and loved that (despite the fact he generally dislikes shooting with DSLRs).

I think he hit the nail on the head though when he said if it had been a little bit bigger and APS-C, it would have been a game changer.

Thought there might have been some interest in a (very positive) Q review on a site for Pentax enthusiasts.

Oh well, move along people, nothing to see here...

Me too, I've always been very optimistic about the Q's 'real world' performance, and this article seems to be very encouraging on that front.

Seems a very even handed and realistic review- honest about the shortcomings as well as the positives. He seems to 'get' what the Q's about. I've a lot of time for Steve Huff. Strange comments about the price though, coming from a Leica user!

His comments about the quality feel of the Q are certainly true. I was looking for a decent small camera for times when I want to travel light. After trying out the Q I bought myself a Canon G12 (I like the articulated screen and the retractable 5x zoom lens). Initial impressions are that the image quality is good but the Q feels better made, e.g. the rear dial on the G12 feels flimsy in comparison.

The New York Times has an article on both the Q and the new Nikons.
They don't like the small sensor in the Q, nor the price. The Nikon doesn't fare much better. The conclusion is great idea but needs work.
