Adding to Barrie' set - a few of mine from our day 'at the races'. Like Barrie - I am tempted to convert them to b+w but have left most in colour as a contrast to Barrie's b+w set

Carl

1. So far so good

2. Unlikely threesome

3. The lawn mower

4. Ace driving

5. 4 wheeled Norton? whatever next

6. There - you should be able to see me better now

7. PEE 22? Why oh why

8. Is that Elvis in the lead?

9. Wild Horse

No matter how many lenses I have owned - I have always needed just one more

After seeing all these excellent pictures from Croft by you guys and some of my fellow Durham Photographic Society members, including Barrie, I just wish I'd gone along as well. Great selection Carl.

Concur with the above. You, Barrie (and Simon Harrison, when he pops up) deserve extra credit for getting such crisp and varied action shots from behind (or over the top of) the debris fences, which I know presents a significant hurdle.

Thanks for all of your kind comments.

This was my first visit to Croft and a long time since I have attended an event like this. I had forgotten how much fun it can be and will definitely be returning.

Nice set Carl, shame I couldn't make it, although Portugal was quite nice!
