Some Holiday Snaps

Hi All

Spent our family summer holidays in our campervan (not the one in the pic below). Had a few days in Cornwall, then headed over to Brittany. Had the time to get out and get a few pics. The first is of Pedne Beach in Cornwall, the rest of various places we got to in Brittany (Finistere region). Plenty of nice big summer storms coming through. All K1, and the lightweight travel kit I've put together for it: A20, FA 24-90, PLM 55-300. Also FAJ 18-35.

Wow. What a set.
No 1, lovely quality to the light
It's hard not to talk about 6 yet
I've deleted lines of txt trying to comment on the others, when for me they are all over shadowed by 6.
It's just savage. Should be proud of that one.
I'd love it on my wall.
Should be in a gallery somewhere.
Followed closely by 7
I don't feel qualified to comment on these,
Best set I've seen in a long time.

Some nice ones there Bill.

I particularly like No.2...fantastic sky and the simplicity of No.14.

I think some of the others would be more impressive if viewed larger...beyond the scope of the default settings I know .

A tad better than the average holiday snaps methinks!! A really lovelty set.

11 to 14 (especially 14) stand out for me. But then, landscapes rarely if ever do anything for me.

4,6,12 and 14 are my favourites.

These are not just holiday snaps, they are considered pieces that would stand comparison of any set posted on here.

4 & 5 are the ones that hit me in the eye.

I can't add to what has been said above. 4 and 6 and 14 are my favourites, but thy are all very good.

A very enjoyable quality set.

Fantastic sky! Really nice set, hard to pick a winner for me but 9 and 14 I really like! The clouds and the way they lead to the rock in no.9 is very clever

2 and 6 make a great comparative pair. The later ones are a masterclass in how to make simplicity outstanding.

Not sure how I didn't catch this thread earlier... amazing images!

Reading the title I had expected the usual shot of some random buildings (a bit like my previous stuff) but these are all excellent shots. Like someone said above, these aren't 'just holiday snaps'!
