You're lucky it was only one call. A few weeks ago, a kid in Ontario (Can) playing with an old discarded cell phone dialed 400 times the emergency 911 in the same day. Since the phone had been deactivated, the parents thought he could play with it. They didn't realize the emergency number is never deactivated on a cell phone.

put it on a sledge? I would have thought it's pretty simple. Shame we rarely have the right snow for snowmen....
