I really like No 2, with No 3 a close second. I find No 1 a bit too busy and my eye doesn't settle on anything. Although I can see what you are aiming for in No 4 it doesn't "float my boat". I keep going back to No 2 though, just lovely.

Numbers 2 & 3 for me. Brilliant idea, use one lens and force the eye and mind to work.

No 3 is an effective use of the silhouette - it may benefit from a crop to the LHS? Interesting light / colours in 2, with the benefits of golden hour still apparent.

Number 2 is brilliant, really lovely shot with great light, great waves and the girl walking along the beach is perfect.
The sharpness in number 1 is very impressive, especially in the corners. Really noticeable. It is a little busy though.

Two and three are excellent. Not an easy lens to take out on its own but it forces you to really look for possibilities. The two very good shots here probably out weight the wider angle pictures you had to pass up.
I often (usually) just take one fixed focal length lens, but not often one this long!

Love 2 and 3. Although, I can't decide if in 3, the horizon benefits being aligned with the chap's shoulders. Still a nice image though.

It wasn't really that bad, I just had to take 3 or 4 steps backwards and re-compose.
for those that called for a crop on the L/H side is this what you where thinking of?

That's certainly improved it. Were you to try and crop the bike out as well it would lose the reflection on the water, and the person would be too central in the image.
