Silkypix how I can solve the problem ?

You would have recieved the code via e-mail, if you purchased and downloaded silkypix from the "Shortcut software" site. Did you print out the e-mail and put it away somewhere :

Maybe not, they would probable have his personal records so contacting them might be useful.

Yes, unfortuntely I couldn`t find any mail, I stupidly cancelled it, so I will try to contact them and see what they say.

If you read thier T&Cs, they will tell you, if you lose the code, they are unable to replace it for you.

I just had a dig around thier site and under thier FAQs I found this.

Thanks to everyone, I sent the email with all the information I remenber, I hope it will work, it`s a shame to pay again the full amount, in case I got lucky I will download the new version ( the Pro ) even if my PC doesn`t match the specification, I hope will be fine.

The UK version has a much better English user manual, it is not just spell corrected, it's grammar corrected as well. You will also benefit from some future video trainings, camera profiles etc, which will only be available to registered UK users.
