Are you saying the DA 21mm Ltd isn't sharp enough for landscapes?

I've found the 18-55mm kit at F8 OK, 16-45mm OK, DA 35mm F2.4 OK so I'm sure the 21mm Ltd will be OK.

As long as I can print at 15"x10" I'll be happy.

I think too many photographers now take photos just to see how their equipment performs.

You will be fine, I print up to 23.5 x 33 (A1)
Using my Pentax for photograph not to test the skill of the designers

What I'm saying is that even resolution IS important for landscapes...it became common mantra here in the forums to make excuses for weaker performance just like you did - that resolution isn't everything. Of course what counts in first place is the imagination, light, composition etc. But given the properties of equipment: colour can be partially improved, aberations tweaked but if the detail is missing - there's nothin you can do about it. I don't know much about DA21 resolution, that's why I asked Frogfish about his opinion here. Not to mock DA21, just wanted to know his experience with da21 and voigtlander20 ...because i was considering those year ago....

Sharpness isn't everything!
I'm not a pixel peeper
IMO that is subjective and dow to personal preferences/opinions.

To me sharpness most definitely is everything
