This site never ceases to amaze me, you put a cry for help during your lunch break and by the time you get home, two pages of suggestions and comments, you should all be proud of yourselves. Thanks for keeping things rolling along in my absence Mike . What a variety of different ideas and views I hardly know where to start.
David: I think you are correct about Photobucket messing with my image, I will add another version from the RAW file and see if the same problem occurs.
Stefan: Tritone in not a technique I have played with very often and it has sparked some ideas for a group of building images I have, although in this instance the scene losses its natural feeling when the colour is striped out, although others will disagree with me I'm sure.
Mike: The version I have tagged on the end has been tweaked in an attempt to remove the glare, I have adjusted the brightness in the right hand side of the image and slightly increased the blue saturation on the sky and reduced the yellow on the right hand side. You were half right about me standing, I was in fact kneeling in the mud, much to my wife's dismay.
Ian: For me this has overblown the blue on the right hands side IMO, I did give you a poor image to play with
Martin: I must confess that I quite like you version, although one of the element I like about this little bit of my back yard is the feeling of space. The triangles I can't comment on as I hadn't even thought about that at the time I just noticed the shot and thought that's nice.
Johan: I quite like the subtle tones and crop you have managed with this one, it does however loose a the depth of field.
Please don't take any of my comments to heart, I do appreciate all the effort and welcome more.
Graham

I tried it this way

Two graduation layers, one black/ grey coloured at -90 to hold the sky back a bit and the second a purple ish one at -108 to hold back the burnt out area and highlight the magenta reflections in the water.
Regards

Some are more equal than others
