Water! Yep! I found that if I don't get into the water then the water doesn't fill the lower of the frame and you end up with too much dead space of beach so unfortunately it's a must. Wife thinks I'm mad when I get back home and the first thing I do is shower the tripod, dry it and oil any metal parts on show!

Yes, audio is much better now The gimbal I have is only a 2 way so when I walk it doesn't correct the up and down movement so that's my next thing to sort. I may not even bother as I found when trying the gimbal out and you wanted to put it down to video yourself setting up, you couldn't as there is no tripod mount or small feet for it to stand on. That last comment made me chuckle!
I've been in deeper before now as the tide on another beach came in around me and cut me off. Brown pants moment crossing that water back to safety!

It was dark, but by lightening it the eye is now drawn to the left hand bottom corner which ruins it IMHO I prefer the dark version which draws the eye to the lighthouse.Thanks
