Have a look at Gimp. It's free editing software...

Get it here

You can do simple stuff all the way thru to indepth editing.
At the beggining there was nothing....

Faststone. Use the clone tool to remove dust bunnies perfectly. (Deleting and adding individual stars is a doddle Spad!).
Faststone is free, easy to use (tip - bump your mouse on the screen edges to activate the menus) and it is effective.
Try to learn one keyboard shortcut at a time and you will soon be zooming around it almost mouse-free!
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Just be aware that Faststone is Windows only; Gimp runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

There is a spot removal tool in the latest version of Rawtherapee v5.9 too, and it's free.
