I can now get around a bit more but only at 4mph and for 8 miles just enough to potter about and do a bit of shopping.

Born again biker with lots of Pentax bits. Every day I wake up is a good day. I'm so old I don't even buy green bananas.

A nice proper camping pillow Vic Cross, for the lower back support, happy days and photographs and glad that you're out and about
