PSE9 conundrum

When I import photos into PSE9 it changes the time they were taken - always adding 2 hours to the correct time.
The camera is set to GMT+2 and records the correct time. The computer is also set to GMT+2 and is synchronised with the camera.
If I view the DNGs in Irfanview they show the correct time. If I view them in PSE Organiser, or convert them in Editor they show the wrong time.

Any idea why this is, and what I can do about it? I never had this problem with earlier versions of PSE.

Gwyn,

In PSE9, there is an option under Edit to Adjust Date and Time.

How is yours set and does it need changing :

OK just quickly looked.
In picasa I have an image which shows as 13:59:01 +01:00 (I guess GMT+1 hour for BST)

In PSE 9, File, get it shows as 14:59, so in PSE it has decided to go with GMT I guess.
Lurking is shirking.!

Thanks Duug.
GMT would be 12:59 so your PSE is adding an hour to your photos. Mine is adding two. Very odd.
I have found a PSE forum so I shall put my question there and see what comes up.
