HELP....cannot select iso100 k7

worked perfectly ok last time it was used.came to use it today to photograph our local wind turbine and camera will not go lower than iso 200 any mode i try inc full manual,anybody any ideas please,thanks

I think thats something to do with a dynamic range setting in the menu being turned on.
