I certainly dont feel 'enslaved' or 'owned by clients'!

I respect you for that Ken.

We're all different of course and for me adding a client to the mix for my photography would change the vibe to a place which I wouldn't feel comfortable with.

If you can't say something nice about Pentax, you won't say anything at all.

Apparently.

Whilst we're on the subject of perfection, to attempt to apply the term to any form of art, photography included, is ridiculous. A 'perfect sphere' (for example) can, in theory, be defined mathematically, thus objectively. A 'perfect photograph' cannot. When it comes to any form of art 'perfection' is in the eye of the beholder, thus subjective.

In order to judge an artwork to be perfect objectively, the observer would have to have perfect judgement, and employ perfect criteria against which to judge standards in the first place. I think I'm on incredibly solid ground when I say no such person or set of criteria exists.

Look between the words 'Pentax' and 'Master' above your profile picture. Then look at Mark's, Robbie's, Smeggy's, and mine. I'm sure some day soon you'll be a pro like us, Alan

Thank you for your guidance Sir! I will strive to become like the masters that you all are.

I can't believe it, I've been posting on the very same forum that masters are posting on.
