Problem firmware update 1.31 for K3iii

Am I going daft?
The file for the 1.31 firmware update is fwdc233b.bin - when I have copied it to the root directory of the sd card and then instigated the update process, the message I get is "update from version 1.21 to 1.21!" Just out of interest I carried out the update, but it did not change the version.
Upon checking back on the downloads on my Mac I find that fwdc233b.bin appears on Nov 2nd - the update I carried out on my new K3iii !!
Does this mean that Ricoh have issued the incorrect file?
I would appreciate some input.

I downloaded the firmware from link.

The extracted firmware file is fwdc233b.bin, and it updated the camera to Ver 1.31.

EDIT the satestamp on fwdc233b.bin is 2021-11-12 08:05

That’s the same file I downloaded today - the same file as I downloaded on Nov 2nd!

I just edited my previous to show the datestamp on fwdc233b.bin
it is 2021-11-12 08:05. which is later than your download.

Well, I deleted any trace of the previous file (Nov 2nd and today), downloaded it again, and guess what - it worked!
