The pelican shot is superb. I'm not a fan of zoo shots (my own included), but this one looks as though it could have been taken in the wild.

I normally get my Cheetah, Tiger and Lion picture up real close and in with them!
Crocs - from a little way off - just back from the bank
Snakes - depends on which but have been up close with Rinkhals and Boomslangs or with pythons around the neck!
