Just select k7 from the drop down menu then you can see the updates. Thanks for the heads up.

Unlike the previous updates, the installer asks for the CD even if you give it the /s option. You can get around not having the original CD and not having the older software installed, by burning a CD with the name S-SW90. It doesn't matter what is on the CD, it can be blank if you want.There is a new version of the Pentax Digital Camera Utility 4 as well as a codec update available. You must have the original Pentax DCU 4 already installed to take advantage of it.

Thanks Richard. Just to clarify, if you DO have the older Pentax Digital Camera Utility 4 software installed, will the update still require the CD? If so, where on the CD do you burn 'S-SW90' please? In a text file, as a volume lable, what?

S-SW90 is the Volume label.
The disc doesn't need any content, just the label.

If you have the Pentax Digital Utility 4 installed on your computer, you don't need the disk.
