Pentax SMC A-1.7 50mm lens

I thought I would get my SMC A-1.7 50mm lens out to try on my K3ii. I've set the F stop dial on the A setting. Set Using Aperature Ring in custom settings.
Should I get auto focus on camera, I thought I did on my K5.

No, the lens is not an autofocus lens.
