Peter Jones key investor and drive behind a new and smaller Jessops on the High street and online launches his flagship store today and the new offering - BBC breakfast interview shows him in-store with guess what a Pentax display behind him.

This Peter Jones (me) would have given his money if he had the other Peter Jones' money to Cecil Jacobs...

Let's hope the new Jessops is like the Jessops we all used to know and love.

Already some cameras sold on his Expansys site but not Pentax. Nice for those in big towns but for the rest of us I guess the shops will stay shut.

With system cameras the big interest is if they'll sell the system range of lenses and accessories.
