Pentax KX dark pictures on camera screen.

Hi everyone,

Having problems with my screen on my kx. Flicking through the menus etc the screen is bright and looks great.

When reviewing photos the photos come up really dark thinking ive taken the picture wrong but when i upload the pictures to my computer they come out great, not dark at all.

I have tried various different things on the camera via different menus but to no avail.

Anybody have any ideas what is causing this or what i can do to rectify it?

Hi, screen brightness setting is the most obvious answer

As said above, look at screen brightness setting Mate.

I have tried that but does not work im afraid.

Hi, If full + on the brightnss setting doesn't bring you back to normal view then I'm afraid your camera needs a trip to the service centre.
