Given we have an independent trade agreement with Japan we are more likely to get a better deal than if we had stayed in the EU, that ship sailed long ago.European prices.

Trade agreements affect things like tarriffs and quotas. As far as I understand it, there's no change for cameras etc. The price that Ricoh will charge retailers for a K3III is a commercial decision for Ricoh. The price that UK retailers will charge their customers is a commercial decision for the retailer. As always, market pressures will prevail and early adopters of new technical products can expect to pay for the privilege of being at the front of the queue.
So please, folks, buy early so Ricoh recovers their R&D costs for the K3III as quickly as possible, then the price can drop for the rest of us!
