pentax k200 error

Hello! For now, i have used my pentax k200d almost for a year and i am very happy with that. But i have some problems. On the top lcd there is f-.- and i can not do picture. Reset and taking out batteries will not help also. I have pentax 18-55 lens. Maybe someone had a similar probleme and knows, whats wrong. It has happen more than two times and it makes me a little bit angry, because it has stoppen at the time, when i need it very much.

Have you tried changing the SD card or formatting in camera.

Maybe the lens is not fitted properly? Remove and refit. Also clean the electrical contacts on the lens mount.

sd card is formated correctly. The lens is also fitted correctly.I took the lens off and refit it and now it is working. This kit lens is my only one and i have not changed it all.Maybe the dust was on the contacts and therefore they did not connected correctly. Tomarrow i will get the new 50-200 and i am waiting for it.

The best way to clean the contacts of body and lens is to rub lightly with a eraser(rubber).

Error code F is when the lens aperture ring is not set to "A" but the 18-55 doesn't have an aperture ring ??? obviously the lens was not fitted correctly or the contacts are dirty.
