What does Focus priority or FPS priority mode for AF.C mean? Is there possible to use a continual AF during taking video? That's what I do now. TAv mode is great for this.

I'm just looking at ways to SAFELY improve the quality of shots.

with shutter speeds of > 1/1000 and small enough apertures it's easy to venture into ISOs of 12000 and above even in not so bright daylight.
