Pentax going mirrorless?

I wouldn't have thought so. Don't put too much faith in patent applications - many such lenses are never produced. Pentax would need a lot more lenses than this for a mirrorless system.

The other interesting bit was at the end a 150-600 zoom with Image Stab for DSLRS

The 100-300 would seem unlikely to be for a Pentax camera. Pentax has a quasi-religious fervour for DSLRs. Ricoh currently produce several mirrorless cameras, so perhaps they're considering a Ricoh mirrorless ILC?
