...... can't be false on official site... I expected Japan site had it posted first...

Some very interesting features:
1)a vast light sensitivity range of –3EV to +18EV
2)the world’s first selectable anti-aliasing filter
3)wireless functionality with the new FLU card SDHC technology

Flu card already supports the K-5 I think.
AA filter is very very interesting. I really want to know what they have done with the focusing screen. Might need a new Katzeye

Scrolling through the K3 images on that site shows the odd bump on right side of camera (viewed from front) to be a headphone socket with cover.

Having been in a photographic limbo for a long time, this might be enough to tempt me into taking pictures again.

If I'm reading this correctly we now have live view on a PC, Tablet or Phone with the dedicated Flu card and app for pentax

Absolutely awesome if correct

Optional FLU, Eye-fi Wireless, and SDX Memory card compatibility

With installation of the optional, dedicated 16 GB FLU CARD for PENTAX in the K-3, the photographer can remotely change settings such as aperture, shutter speed and ISO, shift the AF focus point, release the camera shutter, check Liveview image, and browse and download images to mobile devices and PC. Eye-fi Wireless and standard SDX Memory cards also compatible.
Cheers
Brian.

Its clearly going to be one of the best crop sensor cameras you can buy. There's plenty of interesting new details to pore over. The h.264 video is new I think? Does this mean full hd in a new file format? Am I right that .AVI is more compressed? If so then I guess the bigger files from this k-3 will challenge some users computers. The new recording volume control is a big plus ... I suppose you can monitor it live on the headphones, but I wonder if there's any visual indicator of the level?
